Helene Abrams, an expert on the strategy of business change, has consulted for a variety of North American, Latin American, European, Asian, and Australian corporations on strategic planning, corporate mission, enterprise systems, cultural alignment, technology integration and post-merger integration, and has designed software that consolidates the enterprise systems of large companies.

Helene has the depth of knowledge, the technical expertise, the business acumen, and a range of experience in companies from start-up to Fortune 50. She has founded several companies on her own, participated as a Board member, executive vice president, and interim CEO of several companies, completed turn-arounds, and provided strategic advisory services to hundreds of companies. She has served as a mentor and advisor to entrepreneurs through several boot camp and incubator programs and worked with several venture capital and investment firms. Her forte is driving results through strong people skills and a focus on quality.

Prior to founding Silver Lining, Ms. Abrams was founder and CEO of Crystallize (now Applimation), a software company that provided software for automating enterprise change. Ms. Abrams grew Crystallize to a staff of over 100 professionals, raised $25.5 million in private equity, angel, and venture capital, and established the market and a strong base of marquee customers in the enterprise change arena. Before founding Crystallize, Ms. Abrams was a senior executive at two big five consulting firms and worked at several software companies including Oracle Corporation.
