To submit a lead, simply email the following information to info@silverlining-inc.com:

	Contact information for the prospective client, including company name, principal contact(s), title(s), phone number(s), fax number(s), and email address(es).
	Your contact Information, including your name, your company if applicable, your current address, phone number, fax number, email address, and social security number or taxpayer ID (for 1099 purposes).
	Any additional relevant information, such as your relationship with the prospective client, knowledge of current companies they do business with, knowledge of current business objectives, details on the transaction under consideration, etc.
